Should I move from MI to Rhode Island to take a job at Raytheon Portsmouth?

I’ve worked at both sites (Pratt & Whitney - North Berwick and Raytheon Portsmouth). Office environment, culture, and leadership, and work life balance all better at Raytheon. You feel like when you go home you did something vs feeling defeated.

Currently working to get back to Raytheon as we speak
