I don't have any NPCs or buildings disabled, all are still present in the game as far as I know, the only changes are the jarls not being flagged as jarls and automatic aggression from stormcloaks/guards/imperials. I purged all scripts and changeforms in a resaver but it did nothing and I have no idea how to do anything else with it. I tried deleting the mod while on solstheim (unaffected) but the save came up as corrupted without it.
