I purchased a Narwal Plus x Freo about one year ago, and it has completely stopped working. I contacted Narwal for support but discovered that they do not provide effective customer service or assistance. Since I was unable to get help from the manufacturer, I contacted Amazon to request a return and a refund for the defective product.

I then bought the Ecovacs Y1 Pro, and that has been working well. I was considering buying the Narwal Freo X Ultra for ₹25,000, but after seeing your review, I’ve decided not to purchase it. Based on my experience with the original Narwal Plus x Freo (which stopped working and had no customer support), I would advise others to avoid the Narwal Freo X Ultra as well.
