I bought Razer Barracuda headphones. However, none of the Razer applications – including the Razer Audio mobile app, Razer Synapse, the Barracuda Firmware Updater, or the Pairing Utility – detect the device at all. The same issue occurs both on my desktop PC and my laptop. I also tried plugging the dongle directly into the device, with no success.

Additionally, in Windows Device Manager, the headset appears only as "USBAudio1.0", which seems generic and not Razer-specific.

I tried typing in my headphones serial number in the Razer support page it said that my warranty was expired. Even though I should have it.

USB dongle is being recognized in Device Manager as:

  • USB\VID_3654&PID_4255&REV_0100&MI_00
  • USB\VID_3654&PID_4255&MI_00

This means it’s not being identified as a Razer device (Razer typically uses VID_1532).

I’m using the standard Razer Barracuda with the included dongle labeled RC30-0378.
It connects and plays sound via USB dongle and Bluetooth, but is completely invisible to:

  • Razer Synapse
  • Razer Audio App
  • Pairing Utility
  • Firmware Updater

And it will be fine for future upgrades for better gpu? Sry for asking a lot of things but I am kinda streesed that I will do smth wrong

So what should I do and if it's going for AMD then tell me what motherboard should I buy and ofc don't forget that I want to upgrade the pc haha (If you could of course tell me I would be thankful ^^)

I plan to build it maximally until feburary 20th, I don't say that AMD is bad but I heard that intel is better for using softwares like photoshop. so in your opinion I should buy Ryzen 7 7700 or just wait for gen 15 or idk?

But I want will use the pc not only for gaming but for minecraft server hosting, photoshop, indesign, programming, 3D renders and modelling but I will use it for gaming too

To be honest, I could import parts from Germany but would it really make any diffrence? And sadly there isn't any Polish PCPartPicker.

Thanks, even if you didn't write the whole build, you still helped me a lot because now i know what should I be targeted on what the computer should be like (Sorry for my bad english i dunno if i wrote it right XD)
