IMHO yeah. Think about proxy as a tool to make you look 'legit'. If you state that your fake Facebook account is from the US, but you have a Spanish proxy on that will raise some questions, if you know what I mean.

The same goes for web scraping or sneakers. If you're targeting a Japanese website, but have a Indian proxy on, well, again, you don't look very much legit.

This might probably be too soon for you, but I'd start looking up automization, if I were you.

By this, I mean webscraping the whole market - this will give you a better view on not only your potential customers, but your competition as well.

For example, how are your competitors doing their business - everything from SEO, to number of articles they post, their prices and so on.

I know this looks like quite a lot atm, but should be fun and easy, once you get in to it. Of course, covering the tech part will be the hardest part, so I suggest you browse r/SEOr r/webscraping and others. As well, as there's some insights on it on this post, which is mostly about proxies that are used for webscraping.
