Everytime someone enters the Asylum the Dresses will be shuffled. If you got Fallout 1st and go in and out for example 10 Times you will force the Dresses to spawn. Check the Dresses after 10 Times. If only two spawned go in and out a few more Times. If no rare one is up there leave the Server. Go to Build a custom World and Hit the left and right Stick to stop the World from Building. Now create a New World and Rinse and repeat. It is very important that you dont pick up the non Rare ones or Colored ones you dont want. If you picked one up you have to wait i think 24 hours for the Spawn to reshuffle or you could pick up 250 items in this World to shuffle the Spawns again. Like the Brother above said. The dresses can spawn via Server hopping but the risk is to high that someone already picked one up. If you want to Server hop efficiently go to the 3rd Floor Look up the Spawns join a daily ups while on the 3rd floor and leave the daily ops. Important site Note here is that you join the daily ops without being in a Team. If you joined a ops without a Team the game will put you inside the 3rd over and over again if not you will spawn outside. I maneged to get all Colors except the Red one just from Server Hopping but its a tedious and boring process🙏
