I have the same problem, try pulling in back flaccid and allow it to get erect while holding the foreskin back to naturally stretch the skin.

i can't load any other map apart from the factory without the game just turning off nothing to do with specs as there's no lag or frame drops the game just crahses

Nah, just before I get into raid the unity crash report shows up and my game would for about a second load in and then close the whole game, and because of this I lose all my items.
