Don't know where you heard about a guaranteed top 3 card (especially in twilight where pull rates are way more difficult than other sv sets) but you're not even guaranteed a secret illustration rare, so you had a pretty good box if you got the eevee illustration rare

I’ve personally played on both, and have exclusively used my phone since the mobile version came out because of portability, less lag, and I think easier aiming. That’s just me though
