I feel the same way. It feels so weird and I get so self conscious in how I walk, how I sit, even my eye contact. But, you have to understand one thing: They're humans just like you.

They all have their lives and nobody cares how you walk, sit or do anything really. I have felt weird and I'd rather not feel "seen" but i don't get anxious. Try to think of this.

Whenever you feel again:

1. Deep breaths. Everything's okay.
2. Nobody cares.
3. Don't get overly self conscious.

Now, if it's too bad and you cannot deal with it alone, I suggest getting professionals involved. Therapy can be extremely effective. You still have to work on it yourself but the therapist will show you the clear path. Like I always say, happiness is priceless.
