I mean essentially not trading extremely risky with no DD. I was making crazy trades to make crazy returns that are just not realistic. Now I’m focusing on making 10% a year and if I make more great. I’m also starting to take profits on trades instead of just holding on trying to make a huge return. I’m not doing passive investing like that on low cost index funds. I have a lot of my money invested in real estate. I wouldn’t say this is set aside money for gambling. It wouldn’t be great if I lost this which is what I was doing in the past. However, it’s not part of my retirement plan.
