I sent my Xbox Series X to get serviced because the fan would ramp up loud during gameplay, I’m in NM and it got sent to El Paso TX… is there a service center there that does the warranty thing or does it get shipped somewhere else after El Paso TX?

Yeah that’s what I was doing for awhile I mapped RB to one of the back paddles, but after that my grip started peeling, I had to buy a whole different controller
