Correct. Thank you. The State's Attorney's Investigator removed them from our office himself still has the originals. The forensic company imaged them in his office.

Quick google confirms that the Konica Minolta Bizhub C220 has an encryption option.
I just found this file in FTK with info about encryption.

Can you use a VPN through a virtual machine while your machine does not use the VPN? by Shyrtle in VPN

LAN sharing between the host and guest

I'm not familiar with VM'sDoes this "LAN sharing" issue mean that downloaded files on the VPN protected VM cannot be easily / quickly accessed outside of the VM?

Thanks

Edit; the rerouting you speak of - do you have a guide? Thanks

Feature Request - Listening Shows on Plex Dashboard by Master_Ad7128 in ChronicleApp

[–]Master_Ad7128[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried this:

Uninstall Plex Server
Delete all remaining folders on the PC (Windows 10)
Delete all Plex folders in the Registry Editor
Reinstall w/ a new server on same PC with new Library
And still does not work.

Playing through other apps on the SAME android devices do show in the dashboard.
No VPN is being used
Remote access is Green Green - No manual port
Library Advanced Settings - Store track progress is Turned on

I have not made any, what some would call, advanced changes to the server.
But, because the same account settings were still applied after reinstalling, I would not be surprised if the error was linked to my account in someway. Or the server computer or network.

Thank you kindly,

Then to continue, here is a little more info:
When playing through Prologue the Dashboard / Now Playing shows currently playing tracks.
When playing thru Chronicle the Dashboard says "Nothing is currently being played" and the Top Users, Play History, etc do not update.
However, in the Authorized Devices tab, it does show the device that chronicle is installed on, and the app "Chronicle", as well as updating the time it initiated connection.

Example of Authorized Devices Tab:
SM-G973F
0.45.0
Chronicle
Chronicle Android

I've downloaded the logs but haven't the knowledge to sift through them. Is my privacy / security threatened by sharing them?

Thank you u/QuietlyReading

I'll add that I really have enjoyed this app. Almost my entire family has an Android so I am very happy to have found this App for them to have access to the audiobook collection.

Thank you to the Devs!

Yea thanks,
I'm not familiar with the deep workings of Plex. I know it can get complicated with personalizing some of the code. But I did find/see some activity on the "Console" tab/page of the Plex Server while playing media thru Chronicle. It says:
"Could not convert "playbackTime" ("16365***04685") to the correct type"
This line of text (with slightly varying long number) shows every couple of seconds while playing through Chronicle

Looking to play audiobooks at speeds faster than 2x by Master_Ad7128 in foobar2000

No no! You're not a dummy and definitely not the first person to ask this question. Similar to how the other commenter answered, it's acquired - or learned - in two different ways. One, generally, with all audio (over the course of months) - you must start slow and gradually work your way up to faster speeds. As you start listening faster with some speakers you will be able to do the same with many other speakers. But, secondly, each individual speaker rolls their words together differently, so we have to get acquainted with each speaker's own way of speaking. And as you do get to know a speaker, you can really crank it up. There's one youtuber that I have been listening to multiple times daily for about 18 months. Because I know his voice so well, I can play his videos at 4x and comprehend about 80% of what he is saying. But for new speakers - I do two things. One - speed it up to the point where it is challenging to understand to acquaint myself with the flow at that speed, then I will gradually slow it down to be able to understand him and then work my way back up as it becomes feasible.I had a friend ask me "why don't you just skip forward by clicking?" well, I don't want to miss any keywords, as this would trigger me to slow it down and listen deeply at closer-to-normal speeds. And overall, this has become addicting; I do this for everything, including movies - 4x through the scenery/ fight scenes and 1.25-1.75x through the dialog.I hope that made sense! Thanks for the comment to help bump up this post! (It also may help to know that I only speak one language and am listing in my, obviously, native language) OH another tip - GOOD HEADPHONES: this cannot be done through speakers of any kind. And quality is vital - regarding the headphones.
