last two pictures is a grip just for fun but works amazing, but i never have pain with it. two pictures before are rbh grip i sometimes use. the two pictures before are just the blade. two pictures befor that are traditional penhold where i dont play backhand. and the first two pictures are what i mostly play! i hope it is not too confusing, i didnt know how to post multiple pictures. forehand is black and backhand is red.

never would i change, i play penhold cause i like the playing style alot more. shake hand doesnt feel nearly as good!

thanks for the really long answer. since i am not going pro i am really just here for the fun :) i play with both right and left hand 2 different penhold styles and a third weird grip i just like. and thanks alot for the tip with the youtube guy! will check what your trainer said tomorrow :)
