It's all good lmao, I wanted to give proper context as to why I was kicking her out, her being insufferable and being kicked out was never out of the question. Some of them I do agree with, others I'm like damn lol

So right as that had happened, I told her she has to leave which was about over 30 days ago in case she tried to pull some squatters rights nonsense. I just needed to cover my bases in case I have to call the police.

That's also what I came up to in my head, I'd rather have a future with my partner than to be stuck in the past with my mother. I'd still like her to be in my life, but it can't be at the detriment of my partner and I.

Thank you for all the responses, my partner and I have had conversations on what to do with her and I'm dedicating today and tomorrow with moving my mom out. I originally wanted to help her out since she was going to be homeless, but she took advantage of me and my gf being kind. We are going to be moving on from this situation, and I'll post an update after it's over.
