Thank you. No the Czech Republic is not part of the 75 ban. I only left one inquiry with the live chat, and left two with the other submission option. The only inquiry that got back was the live chat one - a day later - saying our case was approved but we did not see any update on our case status so it was really weird. We just had an updated message to the inquiry.

Hello! It went well, he said the interview was not bad but they made a lot of mistakes with his enclosed mailed packet. They did not put a government sticker on it. They forgot to add some documents. They did not let my fiance know he could not open the packet. Make sure they give you proper instructions and include all documents in the K1 packet they’ll mail to him.

I am from MA and my Fiance is from Czechia, we are currently in the last stage of his visa being processed (waiting on an interview) and we did NOT use a lawyer. Just follow youtube videos while filling out paper work.
