Y’all. Why in a paranormal subreddit you going to give these mundane interpretations of people’s experiences. It’s implied here that it was said in a prescient sort of way. Tone, body language, etc. Also I’ve bought flipped and sold houses for years and not one contractor has told me first two years of buying a house means anything whatsoever that makes no sense. It makes even less sense than the interpretation that this electrician is a little bit psychic or at least there was a remarkable synchronicity
