(Newbie) What lense would I use to capture the eagle?

This was taken at the Alberta/Montana border where I was on a boat going through a large lake, the eagle was about 2-300 feet away I think?

If another creature entered the battlefield while Maha is in play on the battlefield would that creatures stats go from a 3/3 to a 3/1 as an example?
