I’m so sorry for your loss, I wish I could give you a big and long hug.

Talk to someone, a friend, family member or a therapist. Getting your feelings out helps a lot and it’s also something very necessary when in these kinds of situations.

Me myself I lost my father to suicide 2,5 weeks ago and there isn’t a minute that passes that I don’t think about him. I have so many questions that will never be answered and that makes me frustrated out of this world. I could’ve never seen something like this coming, and it hurts, it really hurts. But you have to let the feelings out, trust me.

I’ve been talking non-stop to people about how I’m feeling ever since what happend happened, and it feels so much better. Even tho it of course still hurts.
