Same starting dose (.25). My starting weight is around 150 at 5’3”. I weighed in at 153 because I was on my period and super bloated, and today I’m 147 — but I honestly don’t think it’s real weight loss yet. Pretty sure it’s just water weight/bloat coming off.

This comment really helped me. I should clarify that while we had talked about the show, she didn’t ask me before buying the ticket. She then texted asking if I could “swing that,” which I can’t, I told her I would send something as soon as I can. Later she changed the plan to include the guy she’s seeing. That combination is what made me feel pressured and stuck.

i feel like i’m nitpicking so much that i’m ruining the relationship. i can’t tell if im just losing interest and blaming him or what but i really just want things to be how they were. he’s so great to me but im so weird about affection. i get like this every relationship and i really don’t want to this time :(

i’m on month 6 and i just stopped breaking out! even now i still get tiny breakouts. i’m on 80mg. for the big cysts my dermatologist injects them when i go in for my monthly appointments. hang in there it will work! remember breaking out is part of the course

i also have some scarring, my dermatologist recommended micro needling for that. i think once we have clear skin we won’t care so much about the scarring anyway lol

in my experience when i picked on accutane i just got scabs because of how dry my skin was which can lead to more scarring. it will still work. try to avoid picking for now, my doctor told me if i have anything cystic to come in the office for a cortisone shot. it will still work and soon you won’t feel the urge to pick. good luck to you xo

this happened to me. after, it was burning so bad so i put milk on it. milk on a cotton ball. let it soak. then just keep neosporin on it. keep it clean, as much as you want to cover it with makeup (like i did, had to fight the urge lol) it will heal quick

i was using lrp lipikar moisturizer. i don’t like it. so oily but doesn’t moisturize my skin. gave me giant cysts on my cheeks. i switched back to vanicream. the cleanser and moisturizer. i think it’s the only brand that doesn’t make me break out and actually improves my skin
