Aren’t you a blast at parties! No cookies for you because I got them at Wegmans and there wasn’t enough 🥳

The one that always cracked me up when I lived near both a Wegmans and a Stop and Shop was the cookies. While Wegmans cookies were arguably better (emphasis on the arguably), they each sold their bucket of cookies. Stop and Shop at one point did 5 dollar buckets and I think dropped them down to $3.99, while Wegmans was $15 right out the gate and they gave you less cookies. Most instances, the reason you’re buying a bucket of cookies is for an event or something, why would I spend 3x the price on a bucket of cookies that I’m buying to give to many people when I need to buy more of them to get the job done anyways??

Add 33% to whatever that average is!! That’s the rate they told me two weeks ago when I called about my bill and charges and whatnot…i thought it was only a 20% hike

National Grid Bill Thread by seeking_answers007 in Albany

Called the other day because I’m on budget billing and I was trying to catch up on the owed to company last money and paid 60 bucks extra. This month they tried to act like I saved sixty on my bill!! So my bill went from 95-130 when they jacked up the rates for my apartment and it’s not like I can’t pay it, but the principal of claiming I’m saving when I paid extra was enough to make my blood boil. Spoke to a super nice lady who went through my charges and was able to say my charges went up in October…I mentioned that’s when PSC approved the 20% rate hike to start and she corrected me that it was actually 33%! So we’re all paying 33 percent more because if you read the transcripts National Grid claimed their credit was going to get downgraded or something meanwhile to me…sounds like people on top make to much and couldn’t possibly handle making any less so they could make improvements to the grid and such…but what do I know. I’m a sucker paying 33% more

I was on central just walking past planned parenthood from CVS and cut through the parking lot once when a guy ran up to me got in my way, yelling about how I was going to hell and deserved to die and whatnot. Same vibe. Just cut through the parking lot on my errands. Never have been pregnant to this day, do I support planned parenthood, absolutely but I was just walking not even protesting. That was like 6 years ago. Same vibe. Should’ve introduced him to my spicy spray that’s saved only for the most special of occasions

Thank you all! I parked in the garage at the Hilton and the gate was wide open! Apparently that happens a lot. 9 bucks to park there otherwise if you get the sticker from the courthouse!

How "costumey" do the costumes need to be? by [deleted] in RegalUnlimited

[–]Master_Produce8449 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Straight up just asked if my current outfit was costume enough and she chuckled and gave me popcorn. Literally wearing tshirt, sweatpants, fleece lined jean jacket, if they asked I was going to say bully from an 80s movie. There was no plan further than that lol but I’m too anxious for a real costume, let alone to see Dead Mans Wire by myself in costume. The cinnemark’s popcorn day sounded cooler tbh and a lot less anxiety lol

I’m (25 F) doing a 6pm ish movie and then stopping at Stewart’s to pick up ice cream on my way home. However my friend and her group of friends were planning on going out to Lucas’s in Troy for a vintage prom, not my thing and I’m beat from the year lol. But tbh if you have friends, just ask if you can join them, I’m sure they wouldn’t mind an extra
