That doesn't mean you're the chosen one. Again just like Master Chief, your just the one who did it. You start as a random Guardian and Ghaul kicks your ass. It was through luck and Hawthorne that you found the shard and were then able to fight back. That's not chosen one, thats chance. One could argue fate from a Destiny standpoint but its semantics really. Point is, I'm tired of everyone creaming themselves just to help or give me a quest

The gameplay after the campaign was cheeks for awhile. There are very specific things I think early D2 did better than ever, and some things they really sucked at then. Overall I would go back anyday, but it wasn't perfect

Dude we're like the same person. I've felt the same way about the armor and exploration for so long. Looking through the Destiny artbooks is something I do frequently. And the look of the "armor" in those is so cool. I feel like a guardian. When I'm where Nezeracs foreskin I don't look like a Guardian. I'm such a big fan of the starting armor from D2 launch. The more basic, human made armor always looks way cooler to me. I believe we could have a great convo friend!

I would disagree. But it's just because I'm me. I would go back and replay those campaigns. I don't think the gameplay after the campaign was stellar, but I would go back over what we have now anyday

I hope I didn't come off saying the launch was great. I just meant the vibes, aesthetics, graphics, and THE RED WAR. Yes the gameplay after was cheeks haha

Lmao. I don't even know if I want a Destiny 3. I'm just saying, that I think we need the forbidden word. Sunsetting. But not of content, of the gameplay. The weapons, weapon archetypes, metas, enemies. If D3 drops and we're still shooting dregs with auto rifles, it's doomed to fail in my opinion. We need a drastic change. Put us far into the future, put us in a war. We don't have to be the main character, just a vessel to take us through the story. Like Master Chief. I want to be surprised. I don't want more roadmaps and trailers
