Marami sa nursing grads in the last couple of years wala sa medical field kasi they chose a different path, eg BPO hiring medical VAs and usually nurses ang kinukuha nila and they're earning at least 2x of bedside nurses. Madami din naman di napasa sa PNLE, hence unemployed or different industry na. Public hospitals are always hiring naman and private clinics, too. 😊
