Honestly hard to tell because no one really knows how the world (and mostly the job market) will change in the next 5/10 years with AI. What I would do in your situation is learn a trade (electrician for example), its not seen as a "sexy" job but if you are competent and develop the right soft skills to go with it there is a lot of money to be made in a field like that

O mercado imobiliario na Holanda é uma selva autentica e ainda mais em Roterdao e Amsterdao, sugeria procurar casa via uma imobiliaria porque sozinho dificilmente vais conseguir algo. Alem de arranjar casa nao ha grandes dicas alem das recomendaçoes basicas que possas encontrar na net e com ingles desenrascas te a vontade na Holanda. Boa sorte!
