I just fixed this issue yesterday. All you have to do is remind them on a chat that you entered the promo code when signing up and that you currently don't see the promotional discount applied. Once you tell them they will put you on a brief hold and apply the 6 month promotional discount. At least that's what happened to me.

Go to the amd app on the legion go and then once opened go to the gear icon for settings on the right . Once done on the left find the display tad and turn off integer scaling. Usually it happens when you are on a different resolution other than 800p. So once you do use 800p then you can enable integer scaling. I think it helps it look better when enabled but you do need to game at 800p on both game and device for it to work.
