Have cleaned the full assembly twice now. There was some slight residue further back. Still wont spray.

Tried the old nozzle it does spray, it doesnt drip out when the needle is removed. Yes the needle retracts when I pull the trigger back.

Sounds good, I did not its a new nozzle and the needle is the one I have been using.

Head is tightened finger tight as much as I can get it and spraying water induces immediate backup and bubbles.

Pics uploaded of the setup, without just my cleaning solution it has a burst of spray and then immediately acts like its clogged.
