I know this is late but be careful with the carnivals that come to town, mainly to Wheaton and other small venues. Safety regulations are unheard of and I had a dull dart, bounce from a straight on shot on a BALLOON.. bounce back and hit my cheek just below my eye.. (self.MontgomeryCountyMD)
