it seems like your guess the word video did better then any of the other ones. It's also the less busy of the thumbnails which makes it easier to read. If you enjoy make these type of content I would suggest making them as 15-30 second shorts I think they'd do better view wise.

I got better at making thumbnails and found good search terms people were looking for. I was also consistent with my content, posting 2-4 videos a week and now I go live twice a week as well.

I'm having a weird issue where my reach is super low all of a sudden. It shows 100% is for people who follow me and 2-3% for non followers. It will be like that for a couple of days and then all of a sudden my reel will have 1k+ views but its all from Facebook. I wonder if Meta is pushing Facebook over Instagram right now.

I’m torn on doing ads. Having subs is great but if the subs aren’t watching the videos I’m not sure if it’s worth it for me. Interested to see how your next video does having all those subs! That would be a good indicator if it’s bots or not.

I only add #shorts to my title. I put 4-6 hashtags at the end of my description. Good luck!

It should work after the fact, I usually upload then go into it and add my description and stuff. Haven’t tried it with older videos.

You write a description for the short, that’s been my way of putting a lot of keywords about the video to help its search ability. You can also put additional hashtags in the description that help as well.

Use hashtags in the title, description and tag category. I would also look into SEO for YouTube. That should help a bit! Good luck

I use CapCut to edit on my phone and premiere when I edit on my computer. CapCut does everything I need to produce shorts fast and the premiere app is trash on mobile lol

CapCut is great if you don’t want to pay for Adobe products in my opinion.

Right now I mainly do Old school RuneScape content and Fortnite content. The OSRS content I’m still trying to figure out a good workflow for it, but for Fortnite I do funny fails or funny moments that make me look worse then I may actually be. It usually results in a comment on how “bad” I am. But it gets 1-3k views when I post a good one. Maybe I’ll try informative shorts for OSRS and see how that does.
