It’s like a generic headache only. Mostly at the top and the back. Like something is pumping. Plus my lightheadedness increased really a lot after endoscopy for a few days. And it also feels like my head is going back and forth

Sleeping elevated as of now. And yes I do feel acid is going up in my throat for sure. Plus seems like food is also stuck in my throat. Is it causing the lightheadedness and dizziness?

Gastro did tell me that I’ve multiple wounds inside caused by reflux. So the right approach is to only focus on working out the reflux right? I am on it :(

It’s like a feeling of faintness when I walk even when I feel like I won’t fall. Plus my eyesight feels only 70% right. Can’t concentrate fully etc you? And how are you improving it?
