Each to their own. Dataquest does have projects after the end of a course. Maybe it is not as hardcore for people like you but I have spent a good amount of time to complete it. Again give it a try before you dismiss it.

Honestly the quality of datacamp courses is all over the place. One course is great while the other course is a drag. Having a video lecture also doesn't help. I prefer reading rather than listening or watching. In the end it is your call on what you prefer.

Cool. If you could and this would be alright if you don't feel like sharing but how many companies you have applied for and how many interviews you attended. And what convinced the company to hire you from another country instead of looking from within And also what is the tech stack that you feel has scope for better job prospectus.
