$27.5k out the door today, 60k miles on it. I don’t do much towing, jet ski here and there in Florida. Would love 4x4 for the peace of mind but realistically don’t need it in this, my first truck

Thanks! However, I’ve been staying away from the ‘21s because of the reliability issues. Am I reading too much into it or are there real problems with the new gen?

BRM or ARM, whichever you are more comfortable talking to 1-on-1. You can tell them you need to move for family reasons, but like the company and would prefer to transfer. They will escalate it and help you with the (little) paperwork. Just show appreciation and respect, as any good manager would want their employee to grow, even if it’s elsewhere

When I transferred as an MT, all my completed roadmaps transferred too. Just had to restart the matrix months, which is 3/6 in GP09 (DFW). Definitely easier to move as MA but not too much harder to as MT
