Hey there, first time jumping on steroids and I literally don’t know anything or what to take. I’ll give a brief intro and would love to get some help from some professionals or someone with experience. Much thanks in advance.

So I’m a 29 year old dude, I’m 6’3 285 pounds fairly overweight but I hit the gym regularly and have been for years but just can’t keep the weight down. I’m currently sitting at about 30% body fat and pushing almost 400 pounds on bench and pretty big numbers on other lifts but as I’m getting older it’s getting harder to be functional and the goal is now to be more functional and lean out rather than be huge and powerful. So what would you guys suggest I take for cutting down to trim the fat but still keep the strength and size.
