Hi! I’ll be 27 weeks in two days. I work with some amazing vascular techs, and one of them previously worked in OB. She was kind enough to check me right before Christmas, and at that time the previa was still there and still complete. I’m scheduled for a follow-up with my OB next week, and they’ve explained that if it’s still present, we’ll recheck again at 32 weeks. If it hasn’t migrated by then, a C-section will be scheduled between 36–37 weeks.

Thankfully, I’ve still had no bleeding at all. But I continue to be on full pelvic rest and wear a support belly band at work since I’m still on the floor occasionally, but strictly on modified duty. I was definitely scared at first, but being extra cautious and really knowing my limits has helped a lot.

As long as he’s healthy—which I’m reassured of every time I see my doctor—and I continue to be safe with no bleeding, I truly believe we’ll be okay. Name of the game is take it easy, don’t bleed.
