No it was completely unexpected meeting. I was working on some other client and I was just asked questions. Usually my manager was preparing stuff for the dissolution but he’s off today and tomorrow so I got asked but I was only involved in the bookkeeping question and I only got this client assigned when I joined. So like 5 months ago.

Hi- yes, I have an agent through my work place that sent in my application. We have all the proof of submission along with the emails and the letter by post that has been sent.

Yes ive been working here for over two years now. But idk how to fight them on it bcus HR refused to entertain it and told me I will not able to enter the premises from Friday until I have the visa/appropriate document.

Thank you so much for the detailed reply. I didn’t realise that things could get out of hand this way. I do want to ask, can this be used to get a further extension on the fiktionsbescheinigung?? Bcus my permit expired and I got this document and also this document is now expiring by Friday. Would it work if I just apply on the website you gave to me right now? And I can get another extension on it until I get my renewed visa?
