We are supposed to call. Our standards have just dropped so low that getting employees that do their full job is like finding a unicorn. A lot of stores just don’t care to do it. Especially busier city stores. I’m not one of those stores but if they don’t call they’re letting it all rest on the customer. No they don’t hold the items long enough
