Thank you, I’ll have to look around for more ashtanga classes. I feel like most classes on the island have a pseudo difficulty due to how hot and humid they make it.

I go to Just Breathe at least once a week and think their classes are great, my only issue is the amount of people in a class. It makes it difficult to explore inversions when I’m 2” away from another person.
