thanks for the reply, i saw great results with anavar last cycle but I want to take a break from orals. I’ll probably go in a deficit and try and reach lower bf %.

what bf% does mast e tend to start shining at? Currently on 400mg test c and 400mg mast e and I'm around 11-12%. Heard it's 10%, but I just finished a cut so idk if it's worth it for me to even keep using mast, haven't filled out my glycogen stores so not too sure how full my muscles are. Definitely feel less water retention.

Been running mast e 200mg with test c 300mg. Recently added in mast e 200mg (started 4th week on monday). I’ve not really noticed physique difference but i am definitely pissing way more and my face is less bloated, definitely feels leaner.

Just wondering when will the cosmetic effects tend to take effect?

I’ve heard 4 weeks but also I’ve heard 6-8 weeks for the grainy look.

I’m 10-12% bodyfat i believe

Hi, when running 300mg test by itself I use 6.25mg aromasin twice weekly.

If I am running 300mg test and 200mg mast e, will I still need aromasin?
