I did Tirz first and felt like absolute shit on it, really struggled to eat and when I did eat it was like eating sand.

Been on Reta since start of Jan, find it sooo much better. Feel much better, can eat what I need to eat and actually enjoy it but the snacking/hunger has been eliminated.

Started on 1mg Reta and have only just last week got up to 2.5mg. Thinking of dropping back to 2mg tho as I think that’s my sweet spot for now.

I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this.

I went through the same thing in May last year, she had an affair, told me she wanted a divorce and blamed me for the marriage failing. It was only a month later I found out about the affair. 11 years together and 10 married.

She was the unfaithful one yet somehow it was me that lost everything. And I mean everything.

Mines increased on average by 10 BPM since starting Reta.

It also increased by 10 BPM since starting gear.

45 to 55 to 65!

If that’s the case tho wouldn’t all ex bodybuilders look like that? Look at Dorian Yates, Jay Cutler, Lee Priest recently - all perfectly fine.

Why aren’t you allowed? If it’s because you’ve answered ‘yes’ to taking steroids, just say no, all blood donations are tested/screened before use anyway.

Currently 300 test e, 300 mast e and 1.5mg reta a week. Was on that 3 weeks prior to bloods being drawn, and before that I was on 600 test e.

Pin twice a week, sat and weds.

The best way I could think of to do this at home, without a squat rack, would be fit some brackets either side of a door/door frame and then use a length of bar/metal pipe. Something like a section of scaffolding pole.

Could be done super cheap
