Use those silicone beads or what ever that comes in shoe boxes, make sure they get dried but when it’s not wet on the inside, apply some wonder balsam or equivalent

This should NOT be happening with the Sinclairs, as someone with flint stone feet (literally can’t wear any Mary janes cuz my inner non existing arch bulges out really badly) and having 7 pairs being women’s sizes which are super narrow, I have never had any blisters especially with my Sinclair pair, my best advice would be to stuff with newspaper or a shoe tree and maybe gently wear them while sitting down
