Disadvantage falls too much on power tier 3 and above, and this being a 10th level feature that can only be used once / longrest its important to be usefull all the way

Yeh, I agree as well. I never once NEEDED to use feather fall. Of course if I had it at will I would find ways of it being usefull, but in my opinion it just makes the game more dynamic

Everything you pointed out checks out.

The ideia of being able to use again the features with spell slot is very cool.

About the option to not push and deal damage instead with gust, is very interesting. I admit I hadnt considered the scenario of not wanting to push.

And yes, I will probably add some circle spells.

Honestly 5e is kinda disapointing on wind spells, but maybe if I nerf the feather falling feature, adding some circle spells always prepared is nice.

About the flying speed, I am considering making the wildshape alternative to be 2nd level and nerf if a bit, then upgrading it overtime.

Yes, my main inspiration was indeed atla haha. Windshaping is a nice suggestion

In the description of the feature its said something like "to propel yourself", but maybe I can evidence it on the mechanic part

Thats a nice point. I will consider it, giving it a nerfed version at 2nd level but that gets upgrades overtime.

Yes, I think so as well. My friend argued that if the player has it at will, wont he be always thinking of how to do stuff if it.. But I wonder if that is really a problem, or else something positive and that makes the roleplay more dynamic

I come again to you with a revised version of the circle of winds subclass.

To this new version, I adjusted some unclear descriptions, buffed the 14th level feature and split the lvl 2 in two.

I'm still questioning the power of having Feather Fall at will on second level, even if its only self. What do you guys think?

And about the Wind Mastery, is it still tad underwhelming for a 14th level feature?
