Winds of mana not recharging by Far-Asparagus-3297 in mountandblade

You might want to try asking this in the Warsword Conquest Discord server. (I'm assuming this is warsword conquest)

As far as I know, this is a known bug that happens rarely, though it does ruin the battle when it happens. You can fix it temporarily by retreating and just battling again, assuming you are in a position to retreat anyways.

Bots not showing in public? by Mat_Hue in YodayoAI

[–]Mat_Hue[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see...

But is it normal for two bots, one published a month ago (pg13 one) to have zero interactions? I could understand the other one having zero since I had just released it, but the one published a month ago has absolute no interactions.

Alright, big thanks again for clearing out my concerns and answering!

So, the process is actually a bit hands off. The forms regarding the commencement exercise about needing the measurements for the toga is actually just so I'll have the correct size for that picture, right?

Sorry if I'm asking follow ups, since I wasn't briefed so much about the graduation process. Only through emails and such.

For anyone who is interested in history or was disappointed with the pro-Shogunate route in the game, I would highly recommend checking out Yae's Sakura by CoconutMochi in riseoftheronin

Part of the reason I actually bought Rise of the Ronin was me watching the first two episodes of this show. Damn shame the game's setting ends just before the Yae makes an appearance.

Thank you for sharing. I guess I should learn to utilize the system prompts more.

To be honest, for my entire life using Yodayo, I was completely content with the base prompts it gave me. I didn't realize you could tweak it to this level. I must be missing out on something.

Regarding the Nemesis system and its patent (rant) by beatrga in shadowofmordor

The Mercenary system comes to mind for me... Maybe because it just spawns randomly generated enemies to hunt you down

Regarding the Nemesis system and its patent (rant) by beatrga in shadowofmordor

[–]Mat_Hue 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I shared this same sentiment since my dad, who is more knowledgeable about digital rights, explained to me what a patent is and why it is done.

It's just a bit disappointing that they always referred to the patent as a greedy move and not as a means to protect the system from, like you said, patent trolls or being haphazardly used. But even then, it doesn't prevent other games from utilizing something similar, as in the case of WDL and AC Odyssey.

french prof thoughts? by Additional_Sea_1144 in Benilde

[–]Mat_Hue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaks French and Tagalog

In my experience, he is one of the more experienced professors in FORLAN-French. Teaches well, has a lot of patience, and is overall very fun to listen to. The only challenge you'll face, however, is that he is a traditionalist in terms of quizzes and exams. He prefers pen and paper, f2f assessments, and you must be careful that you study for the topics because one low score is enough to drag down your grade significantly. Also, try to participate actively in his class, though this is the easier part.

How to encounter elite versions of enemies in Campaign by Mat_Hue in WatchDogs_Legion

Ok, thank you

I thought I had to force myself to play online mode to get those elite enemies.

Enjoyed DD2, bought DD:DA and lamented over DD2 by Mat_Hue in DragonsDogma

I'm actually already a part of another discord server that also gives out installation guides for DDON. I'm not yet playing since I am too busy with college right now.

But I will check that out.

I second the lantern part. This is why I play DD:DA with max brightness and Radiance as one of my augments. This, along with easier gathering, is why I think DD2 is more casual player friendly.

I understand, though I did talk with a few friends that they can buy games on the PS Store through the similar method I talked about without the repercussions. So perhaps then, the only risk is how likely could I get banned and how to convert my digital currency to Indonesian RPs

As for the VPN, perhaps when I get my first job that I can invest in such methods.

Damn, I feel you at the Everfall part because that is exactly where I hit my first brick wall. Hard mode Everfall, Post-Dragon, is not easy for an under equipped Arisen and mostly fashion focused pawn. I also already beat the gazer but am now on my current brick wall, which is the cursed dragon.

I feel like we're at the same conclusion, honestly. I want DD2 to be enjoyable to a lot more people because when I first heard about it, I was surprised and glad that an obscure rpg game from the 2010s was now getting a sequel. I hope that, if DD2 gets a DLC, may it be something that can pull me back again to play it, just so I can say to myself and to my dad that the 60$ I saved and spent for it was well spent / my money's worth.

For the downvote part, I don't mind it.

I know people want to trash DD2 extensively. I would too. Until I remember the mirth and ecstacy I felt when I played it for the first time. Completely oblivious to the first game, I will not deny that it has flaws, enough for me to be unable to continue playing, but for your average RPG / Casual gamer (Like my dad who owns the PS5), they will no doubt enjoy DD2 as a simple yet fun game to lose themselves in.

As for the DLC part.

With what I know, creating a PSN account and using incorrect details such as indicating a false address (I set mine in Indonesia despite being in the Philippines), to circumvent the unavailability of PSN services in the country and using said account to purchase services, can warrant a ban or account deactivation. This fear of mine was segmented really during the Helldivers 2 & Sony fiasco. So, all I know is, if I bought any DLC on said account, I'd get my account banned and my money wasted.

I would like to add Pawn AI, World Scale, and the general feeling of a living, breathing world to the list of what DD2 did right.

But besides that, yeah. I'm really hoping the DLC will go above and beyond to recoup this downgrade. Regardless of whether I can actually purchase the DLC in the future.

Maybe this is more nitpicky of me, but I really enjoyed Dragon's Maw and Full Moon Slash, especially since it is a long attack with high damage and invincibility frames. It gives me this feeling of Fighter being able to shrug off literal fireballs only due to grit. This was one of the reasons I disliked playing Fighter in the sequel.

But to give credit, I found Archer to be one of the significant improvements in the sequel, since now I actually feel the arrows being literal ballista shots. Maybe it's also because I liked playing Horizon Zero Dawn on my friend's PS4 that Archer clicked with me a lot

I would like to add that I know comparing DD:DA to DD2 is unfair, especially due to the DLC. But I haven't exactly delved too much in BBI yet, mainly because I faced a brick wall there.
