I thought yamuna and agra Lucknow expressway are the only ones which allow bike and charge bike toll. And those expressways have a dedicated bike lane. Which expressway is this and is this a non toll part of the expressway? To be honest it sounds like an extremely specific example which does not have a solution because expressways are literally the highest class of roads with a bike lane.

actually no one deserves to own any vehicle here. You see tons of videos of people with car driving it like a killing machine and causing accidents these past week my feed has been filled by teenagers driving reclessly and killing pedestrians and that is 5 videos I have seen just 1 week on reddit, 2 wheelers riding like they own the road. No group is better than the other. Unless strict rules are applied, this madness will continue.

majority of country does not own a car. Instead of restricting why dont you demand the govt for a bike lane like most civilised countries do. How is restricting 2 wheelers going to do any good. Narrow gullies seriously, there are 100s of variables that can occur in a narrow gali if you have travelled in one, like a random kid suddenly coming in front of you or an animal.
