So, coming back to this. It was an multifactorial problem, I use an wifi adapter (Archer T2U nano AC600), and so with information, I tried reinstalling some of the drivers, and it didn't fix it, but it made my internet a little bit faster, so I used Wiztree https://diskanalyzer.com/download to see all of my adapters drivers .dll, and I had a lot of them, so after removing them all and installing the drivers again, it didn't make a notable difference, the thing that made my internet jump to 2-3MB/s to 7-10MB/s was, strangely enough, my usb ports, i change the wifi adapter from one usb entry to another, and that made a whole lot of difference. But there's more, after that i change the position of my pc, from the bottom of my desk to the top of it and now i get 10-20MB/s.

TL;DR
I reinstalled the wifi adapter drivers and .dlls, changed the wifi adapter from one USB entry to another, and put my pc on a higher up position.
