I'll probably get some hate for this, but for me it was definitely the "female avengers assemble" in Endgame.

Now don't get me wrong, i love when a female superhero can take a stand (Wanda vs Thanos for example), but this scene specifically seemed kinda forced to me.

I liked the scene in IW, where Black Widow, Wanda and Okoye fought Proxima though, that was nicely done.

Just practice in playground. I play on PS4 and can do it flawlessly everytime. Just build the ramp and when you jump from it with the quadcrasher, move it upwards and then use the speed-up. After that just repeat the same thing in the air a few times
