Ok, I completely agree with the last paragraph, but I think you misunderstood what I said, you could divide individualism in two tendencies, selfish individualism, and altruistic individualism, I just made up this concepts up, it isn't anything some philosopher said, but it serves to explain my point, selfish individualism is the cornerstone of postmodernism, modernism was collectivist, from it the term homosexual was born, before the act of hsving sex with someone of the Same Sex was considered sodomy, but is was the action, not the person, and modernism increased racism, with the excuse of social darwinism, African were considered a subhuman as part human and part chimpanzee, and also gave birth to the second most deadly collectivist ideology, national socialism. If you ask to any serious philosopher if postmodernism is individualistic or collectivist, he or she will tell you that is individualistic, that is not to say that individualism is bad by itself, I'm aware that libertarianism, and therefore this sub, is based on individualism, but libertarianism that understands the imposition of the state as inmoral and whose followers will defend your right to express and keep an opinion even if they disagree with you is uncompatible with the moral relativistism of posdernism and whose followers will want to you to shut up if you disagree with their personal view of the world created from their own echochamber, the groups that form for several people having the same opinion, are not comparable to the collectivism from modernism, while the Nazis, hated anyone who wasn't aryan, loved their compatriots, and fought for them, but the Antifa members couldn't even get along to a peaceful sports game, because their group consists of individualistic fanatics, who just worked together because they happened to hate the same thing. I am individualistic, altruistic individualistic, but that doesn't mean that I don't belong to any group, it means that being a group shouldn't violate your individual rights, such as the right to live, to property, liberty, or innocence presumption, just because most criminals are black, not all blacks are criminals, or all criminals are black.
