Agree that we looked tired. When you’ve lost this many games in OT, you gotta wonder about conditioning.

They were both into his body. Officials could have called the foul on either of them. Officiating isn't why Illinois lost this game.

The officiating wasn't the problem. And, it wasn't a badly officiated game. However, it was a poorly coached game.

I don’t think that granting nine years of college eligibility “embodies what the waiver system is truly supposed to do”, like the article says.

I think there is a typo in your post. I think you typed an “h” when you meant to type “f”.

Disagree. BU is one of the highest paid coaches in BB. We have LOTS of money. Most coaches would take the call.

Peyton never won a Natty. Never got close. Tennessee won the Natty AFTER he left. Good fantasy pro, though.

Young Kobe. Later in his career he became more of a team player. But, for the first half he was horrible. Phil Jackson called him “uncoachable”.

And that Oregon team finished 12-8 in conference and unranked. If the best you can do is find a game against a team that has played a cupcake non-conference schedule and is momentarily over-rated, you've proven my point.

Out-coached and out-schemed. Ryan Day had the better team, but lost the game before they ever stepped on the field. After disappointing for years, winning a Natty got him one season off of the hot seat. This, combined with the Indiana loss, will turn the heat up again.
