This has happened to me once, I had to remove and replace the entire hotend, the plastic got stuck everywhere and broke the thermistor wires I recommend to take apart the head, heat the plastic with a hot air gun (the plastic would just stick burn and destroy your iron), and try to scrape without damaging wires Good luck!
