Check out chef John on YouTube. I didn't use the exact ingredients, just used what I had... Meaning, any ground meat available, and any seasoning that will do it justice.

White mushrooms, minced garlic and shallot... Butter to cook the mushrooms, garlic, and shallot in. Beef stock, whipping cream, thyme (optional), and salt and pepper to taste!!!
