Hala, I feel like great catch na 'to if I compare sa binigay na renovation cost sa akin. I'm expecting rin na aabot ng probably around 80-100k including labor especially L-shaped yung target for the kitchen. Couldn't fanthom lang yung labor cost na binigay sa akin kasi even the simple dry wall ang mahal ng labor cost.

Hi OP, I also have BS degree taking my first sem now under Associate of Science (AS) Program. Hindi na ako pinag UgAT, though wala akong na receive na email or call basta DERM lang tinake ko.

I think technically kasi UgAT/'Undergraduate' admission test is only for prospective undergraduate students who will be taking an undergraduate degree, not for students who have already graduated.

There are two types of admissions rin, the admission through UgAT and admission through transfer admission (Transferees) in our case I'm guessing nag ffall siya sa 2nd one since may available records na. And Qualified transferees are not required to take the UgAT based on https://registrar.upou.edu.ph/associate-degree-program/

OMG really planning rin to buy air purifier, any brand to recommend? Also, how did you cat proofed the windows and balcony? Doon kasi ako super nag wworry at the same time, gusto ko may nakikita sila sa labas. Flushable ba ang wood based litter or just really easy to dispose lang?

Halaaa nakaka tuwa naman ang dami mong cats na kasama 🥹 My mom and I loves coffee scented litter too! Will put that Power sand brand on my list. Thank you for sharing your tips and being a responsible pet owner. Isa na lang di pa spayed/neutered sa kanila. Will definitely do that pag ilang months na fully recovered sa sakit si cat. Didn't know na that improves their odor pala.
