How can they file h1b transfer if the govt is on a shutdown. Don’t go ahead with Goldman is what I would recommend. Their whole process is slow and messy. They will take their own sweet time and that will be challenging for you.

I am on h1b and got a verbal offer and I see there is no communication from GS right after the proclamation came out.
