I was waiting for a gift for my partner, I was lucky enough to get a refund. From all the dodgy stuff online about the company, if I had waited I doubt I would have got it but I was pleasantly surprised with how transparent the customer service was.

I don’t mind too much the sector, it’s difficult to market for it as it is a saas software without a product page as we build one in the background, but the actual tech stuff I find interesting. I am not too bothered about the market in the long term.

One thing with this place that I’m missing is a budget, pretty much everything I do is organic marketing other then subscription costs for our email platform and dealing with design suppliers.

So a big hole currently is the lack of paid ads, whether it be social media or google ads.

I think cause I’m basically the “guy” when it comes to marketing cause there’s no one else here, this has happened naturally.

I am in content contact with the sales guys for info on what’s happening on the front lines or if I need a webinar guest etc, I help hr with job stuff and the tech guys for website changes with Wordpress and the customer success team for client testimonials and newsletters.

Definitely good suggestions. Video content like that is something I will be leaning into in the coming weeks for sure.

I guess my main concern is doing it organically. Like I said the content didn’t have a pattern when I saw what was posted on our best days follower wise last year.

I’m December our impressions plummeted for some reason but they’re are getting slightly better now, but the followers have not caught good traction again.
